The joint venture company is Crown Tele Services Inc. which was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Crown Equity Holdings Inc. Mr. Kumar and Mrs. Sherma will own 50% of the joint venture and Crown Equity Holdings Inc. will own the remaining fifty percent (50%) interest in the joint venture.
